Returns

14 Days to Return

Our pieces can be exchanged if returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, except for earrings. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unused. If damaged, your item will not be accepted for return.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us via email to request a return and let us know which item you would like in exchange. We will then calculate any change in price from the original purchase, minus the cost of postage.

Return Cost

Postage costs for returns are paid by the customer.

We recommend using registered post so you can track your return, as we are not liable for items getting lost in the mail when sent from you to us. Returns are your responsibility until they reach us.
